So I had the privilege of shooting the Auburn vs Georgia college football game last saturday the 16th. I have to say it was as I expected and I mean that in a good way. There are strict rules in place as to where and when you are allowed to go somewhere, but everyone is professional and respectful.
The other extremely great thing is college football is so much easier to shoot. The plays are organized and the players actually run the designed routes. It's not just a bunch of chaos every play. There are almost always predictable shooting (running) lanes and receivers running real routes that are easy to follow if you know anything about football.
I had an amazing experience as a whole and I look forward to shooting the Iron Bowl in a couple of weeks. Below is a shot I got of what is being called the "immaculate deflection" or "miracle catch" as well as a link to a few I snapped from the rest of the game.

Mobile Burn Trailer.
This was a lot of fun and it's good practice for us new guys. It's no real fire by any means, but at least it gives you a sign of things to come
