New Photo Series

So I've finally started a series that I've been talking about for a while. As I drive around I always notice all of these old abandoned barns. Each one seems to have it's own character and story to tell. I'll be traveling for a while and won't be able to add to this, but here is the start

since most of my photography is sports I don't walk around with my camera that often. Every once in a while it is good practice to use some different lenses and take pictures of things you find around the house. I found this frog while waiting for the tornados to arrive and this goose has been nesting on my pier for about a month. Hopefully I can catch the hatching at the right time and will have some chicks leaving the nest for the first time

Star Trails...

Found a couple of old photos I shot during the Perseid Meteor shower and thought I'd combine them into a star trail image. I've never tried this before and I'm sure if I did a shoot with the intentions of creating one things would turn out differently, but I was pleased for my first time and using old photos
